Victorian Mansion 1:12 scale, Thematic styling throughout. All rooms Furnished. Electric lighting for both halves, most rooms.
Condition is "Used" - however overall condition is exceptional  - not a toy - no child has played with it - still in original handcrafted condition; dark brown individual shingles for pitched roofs detail matching halves, gray exterior clap board siding, white wrap around porch, realistic trim all windows, doors to carry out exterior of Victorian mansion..
The Doll House is in two halves, each about 4.5' long x 3.5' high x 2' wide (1.37 x  1.06 x 0.6 meters), setting on
maple veneer cabinets on rollers, each about 5.25' long x 2.4' high x 2.25' wide (1.6 x 0.73 x 0.68 meters), allowing
the two halves to be moved into facing relationship; cabinets have ample storage below for tools etc. All dimensions are
approximate and buyer can place no reliance on them being exact.
All rooms are furnished in classical Victorian style with unique themes for each room
along the lines of Noll & Pat Thomas' interiors,  which have sold since the '70's for - K.
The artist made or purchased the hundreds of miniatures over about 40 years at a estimated cost of K. Typical of a
miniature purchased is the carousel in photo 8, of a hand made miniature, the needle point carpet in photo 10. 90% miniature items were purchases from craftsmen around the world.
Thematic settings are the hallmark of this creation, room -by-room - 25 individual settings. Typical is the gentleman's library (right half - lower level - fourth photo). A privacy room is reached behind a secret movable fireplace (shown opened) in the library with the gentleman standing to the right, in the privacy room. The fireplace wall closes to hide the entrance to the privacy room.
This museum quality Doll House is being offered by the artist, the only person who has had it in her continuous possession and who is now content to part with it to a 'good home' where it will be appreciated and cared for, in a similar manner.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS ABOUT SHIPPING AND TITLE:
Buyer to arrange and pay shipping, packing and handling from seller's location. Ownership, right to possession and risk of loss pass exclusively the the Buyer upon payment of the purchase price. Pickup date must be within 15 days, failing which, a 1% per day charge of the purchase price will assessed for storage, 5% after 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping entails moving both doll house halves and support cabinets (about 120 cu ft) weighing perhaps 500 hundred pounds (227 kg). The miniatures have to be individually fragile - wrapped for shipping. Buyer must handle any export license requirements for international shipping, securing a license will not be asserted as an excuse for delaying pick-up. Buyer agrees he is not relying on Seller's estimates of weights, measures, any  representations, warranty of fitness or merchantability herein or otherwise.
