Shipping Information.
We will ship your item within 1-3 working days.  Normally it takes 6-20 working days for delivery on all international order.  Sometime it may take up to 30 working days to arrive. We ship from Malaysia and our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.  If your item not arrive within the time frame, please contact us via ebay message. The item will be ship with tracking number.  Proof of shipment will be kept for future reference.  We accept paypal only.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
For undeliverable packages due to the buyer’s fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wish us to resend the item.
Custom Duties & Tax
Please note that the custom duties and tax are not included in the product price and shipping price. All custom duties and tax , if any, (by your country's customs) will be borne by the buyer and payable at the destination .
Returns Information.

If the item arrived damaged / faulty or the wrong item is sent, please contact us with photo proof. We will arrange either a refund or a replacement for you at our expense.
If you wish to return your item for any other reason apart from damaged on delivery or wrong item sent, please send the item back to us with the original unused and unopened packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the item reach us and inspected, we will arrange a refund to you.
Please note that all opened items cannot be returned nor refunded.
