This Victorian, all wood, gingerbread trimmed doll house with real wood shake shingles is exquisite. The dollhouse is a little girls perfect dream Christmas present complete with Santa and reindeer on the roof and a princess greeting her in the door. Every detail has been addressed for perfection, down to the wreaths on the windows. This dollhouse is totally furnished with all the extras. It is complete with extras like a Nativity scene, bicycle, grill, patio furniture, wagon, snow man and Christmas wreath sales stand. Even the landscaping is custom. The outside measurements are: for wood platform holding yard and house 36” x. 24”. The house is 26” x 19 1/2”. The highest point is 37” the widest point 30” this includes all the details attached to exterior.
This dollhouse was custom built with love! My granddaughter has outgrown it. I would love to see another little girl be surprised with the perfect Christmas gift. Shipping might be troublesome.
