Each feather boa is brand new, first quality, and individually bagged with a hang tag.
When you open the boa, we suggest you do so outside.  It is normal for a minor amount of feathers to fly free once you open the bag.
You can use the boa upon opening the bag.  For best results, hang the boa over a door or on a hanger to allow the feather boa to "fluff up" for at least a full day.  It will not help to aggressively shake the boa to fluff it up.  The feathers will plump up over a night or two and settle into their place on the chord used for assembly of the boas.
Please note, actual colors may vary.  This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet, and phone screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.  We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colors in person may vary slightly from your monitor.  We took pictures of the boas on an iPhone.
