    Description

    You are bidding for a Pelikan 450 mechanical pencil in brown striped TORTOISE. Pelikan started to produce this pencil in 1950 through the early 60s.  . The condition of the pencil is excellent++ till near mint. The mechansim works without problems and the lead size of this pencil is 1,18 mm. This pencil matches the Pelikan 400 tortoise series of the 50s.
